In 1995, memorable events occurred, The Microsoft Network is established, Gray Wolves were released into Yellowstone National Park and on February 1, Brown Company was acquired in the small town of Wheatland, the heart of what is some of Wyoming’s finest ranching and hay country.

Brown Company is owned and operated by John Bunker and Roger Price, entrepreneurial ranchers who saw a need for quality service and a large selection of forage equipment.  With everything from swathers to balers and don’t forget self propelled forage harvesters.

With all the large equipment and implements sold at the Wheatland store, the owners offer an array of smaller machinery from lawn equipment to skid steer loaders.  Inside the store see an awesome selection of stihl  weed eaters, chain saws and augers.  Grab a cup of Brown’s great coffee and test drive one of the Polaris ATV’s or Ranger utility vehicles.  Need to haul horses or cattle, come in and have a custom living quarter’s trailer configured for you, or view the ready to go trailers we keep on the lot!

If you are looking to deal with the owners themselves, who also have years of hands on experience in the ranching industry, stop by today and have a cup a good home town quality service!

Not near Wheatland?  In 2002, Brown Company expanded and opened a sister store in Torrington.   The sales crew from Torrington, will stop at nothing to give you the best in customer service.  With an outstanding knowledge of hay equipment to horse trailers~Stop by and meet the staff that will treat you right!

We hope you enjoy our website and we look forward to finding you the deal of the day!

Best Regards,
